Our bouncy castle's are very heavy and we have to use a small trolley to deliver it. As a result of this, we cannot deliver up any steps unless you can provide a few adults to carry it.
Our bouncy castles can be used indoor and outdoors and we have heavy duty pegs or sandbags to hold it in place. Bear in mind that we will need an electrical socket to run an extension lead from.
In the event of poor weather we will ring you on the morning of the hire to confirm whether you still wish the castle to be delivered. Once you accept delivery you will be liable for the agreed hire cost. |
