1. Your order is usually dispatched fast after your payment is received. We will deliver your order by DHL / EMS - Worldwide Express Mail Service (Online Tracking).

2. The tracking No. of your package will be sent to you after your order is dispatched. You may use the tracking number to check the status of your order online;

3. We cannot deliver your order to a P.O. Box address, so be sure to give us a street address.

1). If you want to return your purchase for exchange, you should contact us within 30 days from the date you received it;if you want to return the items,we will charge 15% of your payment for our postage, within 7 days. After the time frame, we do not accept any return.

2). Please ensure your returned items in original packaging including all accessories, tags, not worn, altered or washed and can be resold.

3). Please advise us the tracking number when you return your purchase, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. We will refund you only AFTER we received your items.
